Counseling

The links on the left will take you to counseling notes written in GIRP format. They're presented in the order they were originally done, so you'll see a lot of services starting from where the last one left off. It's best if you can do them in the same order, but you don't have to. You can jump around and mix and match, as long as you change some of the wording.

There are a lot of pronouns in these examples (he, him, his, she, her, etc.) so be sure and change them to match the client's gender if necessary.
